We are happy to accept returns of your order!
If you are not completely satisfied with the item you received you may return it within 15 days from date shipped.
You may contact us 24 hours a day via email at email@example.com or call us between 9am -6pm EST at 1-866-862-6242 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will then email a return authorization slip and label. Please pack your item including return authorization slip in the box received or a similar packing to ensure the safety return of the product. Once received at our facility, we will process the refund back to the same method of payment used to place the order. Be mindful that the credit card companies sometimes take 3-5 business days to process a credit.
NOTE: DO NOT REMOVE ANY TAGS FROM YOUR HANDBAG UNTIL YOU ARE SURE YOU WANT TO KEEP IT. UNFORTANTELY, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF HANDBAGS WHERE THE TAGS ARE CUT OFF OR MISSING.
We cannot process exchanges, simply return your product for a refund and place a separate order for the new item you would like. We will gladly ship it immediately.
All correctly returned products purchased through MorChu.com will either be refunded to the purchaser's credit card or MorChu.com account. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Within the United States, all applicable sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the United States, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. In case of abandond shipment or refusal to accept a pacakge, delivery charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Please note that some products will indicate final sale (items sold on our weekly deal for example), these items are excluded from the return policy. All evening bags are also excluded from the return policy. We will only accept returns for defective merchandise. Please contact us immediately to notify us and we will gladly exchange the handbag for you.
