Shipping Information


  • What are the shipping costs and estimated arrival?

    As always we offer free ground shipping within the contiguous USA on all orders. You can expect your package in approximately 3-5 business days once the order has processed. There is no ground shipping option for Alaska and Hawaii.

    Two Day Express shipping option is available within the contiguous USA at a flat fee of $30.

  • When will my order ship?

    Usually all orders within the U.S. received prior to 4pm EST, will be processed and shipped the same day. Exceptions may occur if shipping and billing address are different. Mor-Chu reserves the right to validate credit card payments and may contact you for additional information.

  • Do I need to pay sales tax?

    No sales tax is collected on your purchase with the exception of New York State residents where applicable.

  • Does ship to Post Office boxes?


  • Does ship to multiple addresses?

    No. In order to ship to multiple addresses you will need to create separate orders.

  • Is my package insured?

    Your package is insured against theft and damage while at transit, once it was delivered and signed for it is your responsibility. Should your package arrive damaged, you may either refuse the delivery or note as such next to your signature. Please contact us immediately 24 hours a day via email at or call us between 9am -6pm EST at 1-866-862-6242 so we can quickly resolve any issues.

  • Do I need to sign for my order?

    Yes. Due to the value of the items we ship, we require proof of delivery for all of our shipments.

  • Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

    No. Unfortunately, once a package has shipped we are unable to change the shipping address. Please be mindful of using the proper address while placing your order.

  • How will I know you received my order?

    You will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of the order. If you believe you placed an order but didn’t receive an e-mail confirmation please contact us 24 hours a day via email at or call us between 9am -6pm EST at 1-866-862-6242 so we can address any issues with the order.

  • When will payment be deducted?

    Payment will be deducted once your order has been processed and the item has shipped.

  • How can I track my order?

    You may do so by logging on to, select my account and view my order.  

    Alternatively, once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the shipping details and a link to UPS or USPS tracking number.
